The Home Buying Process
At Silver Ridge Custom Homes we pride ourselves on being a turn-key manufactured home retailer. That means, we work directly with you every step of the way during the home buying process.
1. Determine your individual needs
When purchasing a manufactured home there are a lot of options to consider as you start the home buying process. Where is the home being placed? Is it on private land or in a manufactured home park? We help you make the decision that is right for you.
2. Choose the manufacturer and floor plan.
Each manufacturer has a unique building process, backlog, floor plans, specifications and quality of product. It’s important to choose the manufacturer and floor plan that is best for your budget and needs.
3. Finance and Order Your New Home
We can help you get the financing package that best suits your needs. You also choose your colors, options and upgrades before we submit your home order to the factory.
4. Building and Installing Your New Home
We specialize in construction management. As your home is built we help you prepare the home site and land for your new manufactured home.
